Adobe Spark – Mobile Applications

For this class, one of our projects was taking information based on our blogs and transforming it into mobile posts. For this assignment, I used Adobe Mobile Applications: Adobe Spark Video, Adobe Spark Page, and Adobe Spark Post. For part 1-Adobe Spark Video-I created a short 10 page/plate video on the benefits of yoga. I used music for the background and included a voiceover for most of the pages. For the second part-Adobe Spark Page-I created a 5 rolling page project on yoga. I inserted free pictures and used their themes. For the third part-Adobe Spark Post-I created a single picture social media graphic for “Say Yes to Yoga.” I used their free pictures a various themes. Partner Yoga

Yoga can sometimes seem intimidating to start on your own. But, if you feel this way, you do not have to be alone! In fact, there are many yoga poses that need two people. So, grab your friend, and try some yoga poses together! An interesting fact is that yoga actually translates to “union” in Sanskrit. Yoga definitely helps to unite two people and two souls together. It is also a great way to develop a stronger and more intimate relationship, whether it be your partner, friend, or family member. Yoga together takes trust, concentration, and teamwork. Yoga for Pregnant Women

During pregnancy, it is so important and beneficial for the new mother to stay active and healthy. Practicing yoga is also great preparation for a healthy delivery and recovery. One important benefit of yoga for pregnant women is focussing on the breath. Breathing is something we naturally do, but rarely think about. But in yoga, practicing deep and full breathing is so effective. Breathing relaxes the body and can help the mind stay peaceful during pain and tension in the body. In the winter months, you may begin to feel dull, drained, and negatively impacted by the cold, dark weather. However, there are certain foods and yoga exercises that detox your body.
